William Armstrong

William joined Trailight in 2018 while studying for his degree and is now Account manager and Implementation consultant as part of the customer success team. His focus is to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and needs, aiding with product and sales strategy whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships. His remit includes implementation and onboarding of new clients, assisting with unique processes and operations to achieve highest possible value.

William holds an undergraduate degree in business information management and has previously worked within the integration team of a multi-billion-pound infrastructure project assessing cross industry stakeholder requirements to ensuring project success.
