Michael has been Support Manager at Trailight since December 2016. His focus is to provide first class technical support to all clients, coordinating escalation and resolution of service issues as efficiently and promptly as possible. His remit includes maintaining internal infrastructure to safeguard the smooth running of Trailight business operations.
Over the past 8 years Michael has undertaken a number of client facing technical support roles for companies including Aviva, Access Intelligence and Costcutter. His previous roles have included 1st and 2nd line support, priority support and team leader positions.
