Jennifer has been HR Manager for Trailight since September 2016 and is a proactive and people-focused HR professional. Jennifer is CIPD Level 5 qualified, and her HR experience covers learning and development, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, engagement, performance management and stakeholder management. She has a passion for driving Trailight’s company values of Team, Trust and Transparency.
Prior to her work at Trailight, Jennifer worked in the property industry for over 10 years, working as a lettings and sales negotiator and property manager. This is where she learnt her passion for people and was given the opportunity to join a HR team as an assistant and has never looked back.
